Where are you located?
We are approximately one mile north on the right side of Brown’s Canyon Road from Highway 248 / Kearns Boulevard headed east out of Park City. Our address is 13657 W Garff Ranch Road Peoa, UT 84061.


Do I need prior experience to join a tour?
No experience is required! Our expert guides provide all the instruction you need before heading out, making the tour enjoyable for first timers and experienced riders alike.


Is a driver’s license required?
Yes, drivers must be 16 with a valid driver’s license to operate the snowmobile. Passengers do not need a license.


What are the age requirements?
Drivers must meet the minimum age requirements for safety and insurance. Passengers must be at least 4 years old to ride along with an adult driver. Please check with us when booking for specific details.


Can two people ride on one snowmobile?
Yes! We offer double-rider snowmobiles so you and a partner can ride together. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare the right sled.


Can drivers switch during the tour?
Driver switching may be allowed during the tour at the guide’s discretion and depending on conditions. Please ask your guide before changing drivers.


What gear is provided, and what should I bring?
We provide premium, meticulously maintained machines including fuel and a guide to instruct you on how to operate the snowmobile on our 9,000-acre property.
We recommend coming prepared as if you were going skiing. Please bring your own outerwear including coat, pants, gloves, etc. For health reasons, goggles are not provided, but they are available for purchase. Boots and helmets are available for those who need them. Snowboard boots are acceptable; however, ski boots are not.


How long is the tour?
Tours typically run 2 to 3 hours which is inclusive of instruction and ride time. The length of the tour be tailored to your group’s timing needs.


How fast will we go?
Speeds vary based on trail conditions, group experience, and safety considerations. Our guides set a pace that is fun, comfortable, and safe for everyone in the group.


What kind of terrain and scenery will we see?
Expect breathtaking vistas of the Wasatch Mountains, a panoramic view of Park City from above, scenic backcountry trails, and snowy ridgelines accessible only by snowmobile.


Will we ride on groomed trails or go off trail?
Routes vary depending on conditions and group ability. Tours typically follow established backcountry routes, with occasional off-trail riding when conditions allow and it’s safe to do so.


Is snowmobiling safe?
Safety is our top priority. Equipment is well maintained, and all tours are guided by experienced professionals and include a safety orientation. This is absolutely a safe experience and there is zero danger of avalanches on this terrain.


How many people are in each group?
Group sizes are kept small to ensure a safe and personalized experience.


Can I book a private tour?
Absolutely. We offer private tours and custom excursions tailored to your group’s needs, experience levels, and schedule.


Do you offer transportation from Park City?
Yes. We are the closest snowmobile tour operators to Park City lodging and offer complimentary transportation so you can focus on your adventure.


Are restrooms available?
Restrooms are available before departure, but facilities are not available during the tour.


Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
Yes. Reservations are highly recommended as tours often sell out, especially during peak winter season, weekends, and holidays.


What happens if the weather changes?
Snowmobile tours operate in most winter conditions. In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, tours may be modified or rescheduled for safety.


What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to timing and weather conditions. Please review your booking confirmation or contact us directly for full policy details.


Is tipping customary?
Tipping your guide is appreciated if you feel they provided an exceptional experience, but it is never required.
